Investigations and regulatory matters
Ongoing strategic counsel
Founder agreements, employment and contractor questions, commercial terms, IP protection, and the legal infrastructure that should exist before you need it.

Written Strategy Memo
–– A documented analysis of your situation. Add to any session, +$250
The work happens before the courtroom.
The choices made before a lawsuit can shape everything that follows: what gets signed, what gets documented, what gets addressed early.
What to Expect.
01
Choose
Pick the session and pay when you book. It's a flat fee and there's no intake call, so the whole hour
goes to your consult
02

Complete a short questionnaire so we can use our time thoughtfully and efficiently.
03
Clarify
We'll work through the issue together and identify practical, actionable next steps.

Why this work matters to me.
Some decisions do not require more information. They require judgment.
Most of the business owners I work with are not in a lawsuit. They have a contract in front of them, a relationship going sideways, a demand letter that could be posturing or could be serious, or a decision that will be expensive to get wrong. The useful moment is almost always before any of that becomes a case.
Over the course of my career, I've learned that the most valuable guidance often comes before the formal strategy: the conversation that helps someone identify the real issue, understand what is at stake, and decide what to do next.
I know what it feels like to navigate high-performance environments, major career decisions, and systems whose most important rules are rarely written down. I also know the value of having someone in the room who will ask the right questions, tell you the truth, and help you move forward with intention.
That is why I take these calls.
